I had an onsite interview with their director of supply chain, who is based in Georgia, and two people from the local team. We talked for the whole interview, mainly about how my experience relates to the job. They ended up promoting someone from within the company.

So first, we had a group exercise where we had to decide what items to pick if we were lost at sea. Then, there was an individual exercise where we had to describe an object placed in front of us and think about its creative uses. After that, another individual exercise involved prioritizing tasks and activities. This was followed by a technical test about the failure of a component used in a rolling mill. Finally, there was a personal interview that was competency-based. Oh, and a recruiter call at the beginning.

The process has several steps: First, a WhatsApp chat with a recruiter to check availability. Then, an online interview. After that, another online interview with the Area Manager. Then, I had to send my documentation to the Head of Recruitment. Following that, there was a safety test to be able to move around the Ternium plant (in person). Finally, a medical examination. It all happened in about a month. The HR support was excellent.
