First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primeritus Financial Services.
Operations Manager
I had a good phone interview and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. When I got there, I only met one of the two people I was supposed to see. Then they asked me to come back the next week to meet the other person. The following week, a different person met me and started the interview. I thought the person I was supposed to meet was running late and would join us. But after 15 minutes, it was clear he wasn't coming and the interviewer thought I was there for a skip tracer job, so they interviewed me for that. I interrupted them to explain the situation and who I was supposed to meet. This was the second time this person stood me up. After a few days without hearing back, I emailed HR about my experience and withdrew my application. Eight months later, they contacted me again for the same position, which I obviously turned down.
- Tell me about your experience managing people.
- How do you go about motivating individuals?
Client Services Manager
I started with a 30-minute phone screen with the recruiter. Then, about two weeks later, I had a one-hour interview with two people: a hiring manager and a director. The last interview was three weeks after that, an hour long with three executives.
- Can you walk us through your experience and how you learned about our company?
Human Resources Manager
Applied online and heard back in about two weeks for a phone screen. After speaking with HR, I was invited to come in person to meet with some of the leadership team. It was great to hear them be open about the company and the job, which helped me see if I could do what's needed and feel like I could really help out. The interviews were a bit more relaxed than I'm used to, but it made it easy to talk about my past experiences, what I'm good at, and how I think I can contribute. They made the offer decision quickly, and they kept me updated well during the whole thing.

Customer Service Representative
It was just one person, and it wasn't tough. But then I discovered that some stuff wasn't being completely honest. Interviews nowadays can be really wild with the kinds of questions they ask. Either they don't check skillsets enough, or they question them so much that unless you're aiming for management roles, you probably don't have that knowledge.
- What makes you want to get a job at this company?
