Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrimeRevenue.
Program Manager
So the whole interview was like 4 parts. First, a phone call with the recruiter. Then, a phone call with the hiring manager. After that, I went on-site for a team interview. The last part was also on-site, a presentation. Everyone I met was super nice, professional, and really down to earth. I prepped for about 6 hours for the presentation, and the instructions were kinda vague. Then they told me I didn't have enough direct client-facing experience. Honestly, they should be clearer about what they want candidates to show, so we can bring our best stuff. It was a good experience overall though, and I'd def consider working there again.

- Tell me about your overall background and what you've done.
- Show us that you know your stuff and are confident.
Program Manager
The interview process dragged on for over two months. It included a total of 6 interviews, with 2 onsite, video and phone interviews. An onsite presentation was required, which felt like a complete exploitation of my time and resources. They consistently provided positive feedback, but it was misleading as they never offered any negative or constructive comments. I had high hopes for this company, but sadly, they lack integrity.
- Was an onsite presentation required?
Program Manager
The interview process involved phone, video, and in-person interviews with recruiters, peers, directors, and executives. The recruiter for PrimeRevenue was great at managing the interview process, giving clear info and staying in touch. They quickly answered my questions or if I needed more information.

- Tell me about your skills and professional experience as they relate to the Global Program Manager competencies.
