The process began with a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting. The initial phone call went well, giving both parties a sense of each other. Then, I had several one-on-one interviews with different staff members during the in-person stage. A decision on an offer will be made based on their collective feedback.

I initially reached out directly to a manager with my CV because a contact mentioned they were growing their team. After some back-and-forth emails, I was invited for a 2-hour on-site interview. During this visit, I met with the supervisors from two different groups who were interested in my background. Both supervisors were keen to hire me, which gave me a choice at the end. I also had the chance to chat with some of my potential future colleagues, so I ended up meeting a total of six people.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. You'll meet with your potential supervisor, the manager, the department director, and even the company owner. Honestly, you don't need to stress too much about it. Even if you don't have much experience, they're likely to hire you anyway because this place has a super high turnover rate. They're always looking for people since no one sticks around for more than about two years.
