First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrimeLending.
Loan Officer Assistant
The interview process took a while. First there was a phone screening, then I met with the manager in person, then I met with all my potential teammates individually, and finally I interviewed with the regional manager. The interviews themselves were pretty standard, but it took several weeks for everything to wrap up, which made it feel like it dragged on.
- How do you keep yourself organized?
IT Manager
A recruiting agency helped set things up by giving me contact info and scheduling interviews. It started with a phone screen and then moved to an in-person meeting. The whole team was there, and they all got to ask their own questions. It gave me a good feel for the team I'd be managing. It was a good experience.
- Can you tell me about your technology background?
- What's your experience in this area?
- How do you feel about our specific company culture?
Full Stack Developer
A Software Development Manager reached out for a phone screen. The developer who interviewed me was 20 minutes late. They asked me a couple questions, and based on my answers, it seemed like they weren't going to move forward with me. It was pretty clear they weren't interested. I tried to keep things positive by asking them questions, but they didn't seem engaged, so I told them I had no more questions. I then informed the HR person that day that I was withdrawing my application.
- Could you explain how you manage routing in Angular?
Digital Marketing Specialist
Had a 30 minute phone interview which was a zoom call, and then there were in person interviews. The phone interview was quick and they didn't share company background until I asked. The role sounds like it involves handling many tasks and they expect a lot with little guidance.
- Could you walk me through your previous work history?
- Describe your process for end-to-end project management.
- Can you share your experience communicating with external agencies and describe your involvement?
