First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PrimeFlight.
Aircraft Fueler
I had an in-person chat about my knowledge of aviation and my personal characteristics. It was pretty chill and I felt at home. We chatted about my past work history and I made an effort to connect it to the job I was going for.

Warehouse Agent
First, you'll chat with a hiring manager. If they decide to hire you, you'll then schedule an appointment to get your badge. After you're hired, we'll reimburse you for your uniform. Once you're officially on board, you'll go through 2 days of training. After that training period, your actual job will start.
- Do you have prior warehouse experience?
Wheelchair Attendant/Skycap
Had a quick phone call where they asked why I wanted to work for PrimeFlight. I told them I'm looking to start my career in the airport and PrimeFlight fit my goals and customer service skills. They invited me for an interview the next day. It was a really nice and chill chat. They sat me down and had me take a personality test to check for any past issues with violence or drugs. Then they asked a few questions. They said they wanted to hire me if the drug screen and badge check went through. I got an offer but mentioned I had another interview for my dream job soon and asked if I could get back to them. They were cool with it and happy I'm chasing my big goals. This SeaTac company seems really great and friendly, so I hope they'll still be willing to hire me if my first choice doesn't work out.

Quality Assurance
First, they mostly ask about your experience then tell you about what you’ll be doing for the job you applied for. Depending if you’re a fueler or quality assurance, you’ll have different responsibilities. As a quality assurance they told me I’ll be checking the fuel carts and making sure they’re are working properly and note anything wrong. If we can fix it we will otherwise it goes to maintenance.
