I was contacted via LinkedIn, and after an initial call with Talent Acquisition, I was set up for an onsite interview. The onsite took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. They made an offer the same day and really wanted me to start as soon as possible.

You'll need to schedule an early morning call with the hiring manager, between 6-8 am CST, as they can't do later times. Then, there's a second interview where you'll face a panel of developers for a practical exam. After that, you won't hear from the contracting manager again, even though they manage your employment.
