It was a really positive experience. There were 3 rounds in total. The first was with HR, the second with the Director, and the third with the Reporting Manager and Director. Each round had its own set of questions, and they got progressively harder. They seemed more interested in conceptual understanding than direct tool experience, and healthcare experience was a plus.

All the meetings were virtual. Initially, I met with two people, then a group of 5, and finally, I had a meeting with the hiring manager to wrap things up.
