An external recruiter reached out to me. I then spoke with their construction director. They asked me a variety of questions and seemed ready to extend a job offer, but then there was no communication. Days or even longer passed, and I eventually got an automated rejection message.

There are three rounds for selection. First is an Aptitude Test with MCQs covering general English, quantitative, and reasoning topics. This is an elimination round. Second is a Hackathon test with MCQs and one coding question. The MCQs aren't an elimination round, but the coding section is. Third is a Personal Interview (Technical & HR). After passing all tests, you'll have a Technical interview focused on your resume and projects. If you pass that, you'll face an HR round with simple questions about yourself, relocation, hobbies, etc. That's all.
