the interview was basic, starting with introductions, then some questions about your field and why you want to work with the company. I was asked to present my showreel, then went through a test where I was assigned a shot and had to complete the task within the scheduled time. They explained the company, its working culture and environment, and showed me the company's benefits and growth opportunities. There was a long explanation about the company's startup and establishment. Finally, we discussed salary.

I interviewed with one of their top executives. It was a terrible experience. The interviewer was arrogant and seemed to have a complex. He constantly took personal calls, directed his staff loudly, and even yelled at a manager. He also checked emails during the interview and interrupted my answers, mocking my solutions while bragging about himself. His dismissive attitude towards his staff was evident when he yelled at a female staff member. The office environment was also subpar and dingy, which people from multinational companies would find unstructured and below standard. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Recruiter called me. I asked for written JD and she set up the interview for 3 days later. I arrived 15 minutes early, but nothing happened for an hour. No one was at reception. The interview finally started 1.5 hours late, with no apology, and no refreshments offered. The interviewer seemed unaware of my past experience handling people, suggesting she might be new to this industry. This made it hard for me to highlight my strengths, and her questions were not great because she lacked knowledge of my field. I was asked about my interest in the company, experience with SAP, performance management, record-keeping, campus recruitment, and industrial relations. I'm unsure how these related to the job. Based on employee reviews, the company struggles with overwork in a low-margin, rent-seeking industry. A water shortage was also noted, with a notice on the ground floor and low water pressure in taps when someone used the flush. For a 24-hour facility, this raises questions about employee comfort, especially during water scarcity. I pointed this out as a potential sign of larger issues, as I've seen similar problems in past companies.

The interview process was straightforward and organized, and everyone was on time. They seem to be hiring for average performers given the compensation. It was pretty easy.
