First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Prime Clerk.
Accountant
Applied for the accountant position, and they set up an online interview pretty fast. It was with the director and manager. After waiting a couple of weeks, I got an offer for the accountant job.
- Can you tell me about your background based on your resume?
Consultant
It was a pretty chill interview process, all done over video. There were three interviews in total: first, a pre-screen with HR, then an interview with the hiring manager, and finally, interviews with several team members.
- Can you discuss your past work and academic experiences?
Consultant
I had 3 video interviews with the Director and other employees via Cisco Webex. I got through the first round, then the second round with more employees, and a third round with even more employees. HR called me that Friday to let me know I didn't get the job.
- Can you tell me about your resume?
- Are you familiar with Prime Clerk's business?
- How would you describe your Excel proficiency?
Consultant
The interview process is straightforward and asks basic questions. They seem to prefer hiring temporary staff over permanent employees. You can expect a prompt response because the turnover rate is quite high, meaning they are always looking for replacements.
- How comfortable are you with phone-based work?
