You have to take an assessment, which can be done over the phone or in person onsite. They give you 30 minutes for it. If you pass that, they'll ask some network questions. Honestly, if you don't get selected, you're probably better off, it feels like a total waste of time.

I interviewed with Prime Care years ago for a junior developer role. It was a terrible experience that I remember vividly. I had an in-person interview. The hiring manager was busy, so I interviewed with a business manager who led another dev group. We started with some basic server and database questions, which I handled well. Then, they hit me with senior-level questions about SaaS, Sharepoint, and architecture, areas I admitted I wasn't familiar with. The interviewer got frustrated and became antagonistic, continuing to press me with high-level questions despite it being a junior role. A business guy present seemed to enjoy the situation. Finally, she asked if I knew what the company does, which I did, based on my research. This seemed to catch her off guard, and the interview concluded.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you explain the distinctions between left, right, and inner joins?
  • What is your background with Sharepoint development?
  • Do you know what this company does?

So the interview process involves a 30-minute timed assessment. It has some true or false questions, and then you have to write about how to document a ticket with a scenario, and there will be some network questions too. If you don't pass the assessment, they'll just ask you a few questions and send you home. I think for an entry-level job, they shouldn't give you a technical assessment because these are skills you learn with experience for an entry-level help desk tier 1 position.

  • Describe how to properly document a support ticket.

I had a quick screening call with the HR Manager, then an in-person interview with 2 managers. They asked a lot of good questions, and it was a great interview.
