Had a phone call with the recruiter/HR. Then I went in person for an interview. Waited almost two weeks, and since I didn't hear back, I emailed. They replied saying I was still being considered and they'd decide the next week. I waited another two weeks with no word, so I emailed again. They said they still hadn't made decisions. When you're job hunting, remember that while they interview you, you're also interviewing them. How are they treating you? Are they reliable? Do they respect your time? Are they responsive? Do they follow through? It's about professionalism, and Prime 8 didn't measure up.

The interview process was well-organized. It started with a chat with HR over coffee, discussing my interests and career goals. This was followed by two in-person interviews with team members and one of the owners. The interviews were challenging and required quick thinking. They asked about my experience in client management and team-based consulting.
