I traveled out of state for this interview and paid for my own hotel. The hiring manager was supposed to interview me the next morning but never showed up. After waiting an hour, the executive assistant told me he had an important meeting and couldn't make it. She asked if I could wait a few hours for him, but I was too disgusted and left. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional.

Applied online. First I had a phone call from HR, which was pretty standard, lots of behavioral questions. They then set up another phone interview with a current support analyst. This one also had many behavioral questions and some scenario/hypothetical ones. After that, I was invited for an on-site interview. The on-site was about 2 hours long and I met three people: a support team member I'd spoken with before, a supervisor, and the VP of customer support. Everyone was really nice and seemed to enjoy working there. The supervisor looked at my resume and asked a lot of technical questions about what I had listed. The vibe was very welcoming, and HR was responsive to emails.

i got a recruiter call and then an interview was scheduled for two days later. The first interview was with HR, followed by a second phase interview with the technical and business team. After these initial interviews, I received another interview call the very next day for the second interview, which took place the day after that. This second interview was with the Associate Director, who asked general questions about my understanding of the company and its business, requiring me to share basic knowledge about the company. A few days after that, I got a call informing me I was selected for the job.

I started with a recruiter call, where we chatted about the company, its product, and the team. Then, I had a phone interview with a manager. It was a basic screening, focusing on my background, past jobs, master's thesis, and other academic projects. The technical questions were pretty straightforward, covering object-oriented concepts, SQL programming, and core Java. The recruiter got in touch within a week to set up the in-person interview. The onsite was about 3 hours long, with all interviews being one-on-one. The first round was with a Sr. Software Engineer, kind of a follow-up to the phone call, asking about SQL joins, PL/SQL cursors, procedures, and how to implement object-oriented concepts in Java. The second round had a Solutions Architect digging deeper into my work experience and background by asking about project implementations. The third round was pretty interactive with a Sr. Manager, who explained the company's tech stack and product architecture and asked about my understanding. The last round was with HR, who talked about the company culture and gave me a tour of the office.
