Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primary Health Medical Group.
Medical Assistant
HR reached out about different jobs and did a first interview. Then, I was sent to the hiring managers. The hiring manager was flexible to find a time that fit my current work schedule.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- Could you describe your most significant strength?
- What would you consider your biggest weakness?
Patient Service Representative
First, I had a phone interview where they asked about my previous jobs, schooling, and work history. After that, I went to the main office for an in-person interview, which involved computer-based assessments and written tests on paper.
- Can you explain why you departed from your previous role?
Radiologic Technologist
It was a group interview, and managers from each clinic that's hiring were there, along with the company administration and the radiography supervisor. They asked more questions about skills than the typical 'where do you see yourself in 5 years' type.
- If needed, could you source information on positioning yourself?
Medical Assistant
It was about 45 minutes, and they gave me a lot of information. I felt like they really cared about what I needed too. We talked about what the company needed and what they expected, and I got to ask my questions. Everyone was really nice and made me feel at ease.
- Tell me about your greatest strengths
