Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primark.
Overnight Stocker
The interview process was long but professional. The people were nice, helpful, and friendly. They didn't ask many questions, which was okay and made it not very stressful for me, though it might be for others.
- Do you have experience?
Stocker
The interview was quite short, only about 15 minutes. They asked me personal questions, like how I would deal with a difficult customer or how challenging it is for me to work under pressure.
- How would you handle an angry customer?
- How difficult is it for you to work in a fast-paced or demanding environment?
Stocker
It was pretty chill, just some questions about how you're doing, what time you start work, if you prefer starting early or late, if you can do overtime on Saturdays or Sundays, and if weekends are usually busy.
- What makes you want to work for this company specifically?
