Two people interviewed me, and I had to do a presentation with a Q&A. They also asked about my past experience and how I could transfer my skills. It was a good experience, and I felt confident in what I had prepared. My advice is to focus on something specific rather than being too broad and to do it well.

I applied online using the general application form. After some time, I was contacted and informed that I had advanced to the next stage. I was then told to prepare a SWOT analysis for a presentation during the interview in Reading. Additionally, I was informed about a maths test, which ultimately led to me not getting the job. It turned out the maths test was very challenging, involving percentages and fractions, and there was also a spelling test and several spreadsheets to analyze.

It was a 3-part interview process. First, there was a numeracy assessment. Then, a call to discuss my experience. The final stage involved creating an analysis of their chosen department, which I had to present at their head office in Dublin. I did get a call back saying they decided to move forward with other candidates, which was fine. The negative part was feeling undermined after the results, with harsh feedback and unrealistic expectations for the presentation. They expected me to prepare information that isn't even accessible to someone outside the industry. Also, the general vibe in the office felt unfriendly.
