so the interview process for a sales advisor role starts with resume screening, then a phone interview. After that, there's an in-person interview where they really test your sales skills and have you do role-playing. The last step is a final interview with the hiring manager to make sure you're a good cultural fit.

I had an in-person interview for about 20 minutes with a manager at the store. It was pretty straightforward and the interviewer was nice. They asked me 5 questions: one about me and why I want to work there, and four scenario-based questions. I was also asked about my availability and to bring in my right to work documents.

Behavioral Case

It was a very relaxed and easy interview process. I submitted an online application and was surprised to hear back the next day for an interview scheduled a few days later. I went in on Wednesday of the following week for my 10 am appointment, arriving 15 minutes early. After checking in with customer service on the 3rd floor, I was directed to wait for the manager. She met me after about 5 minutes and took me to a small, non-intimidating room. The questions were as expected, and my research really paid off. She took notes while I answered. I was told I'd hear back via email within 5-10 business days.
