First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Primacy.
Account Director
First, an interview with the Head of HR. Then, a second interview session with 5 individuals from the Marketing Department. The Marketing Department's hiring approach lacked coordination, showing clear disorganization originating from Senior Management. There was little talent and realistic direction coming from the top, with little power given to the mid-managers who actually possessed the clear talent. Junior staff came across as smug and off-putting.

Business Development Manager
I spoke with a recruiter at Primacy] and it was a good experience. The recruiter knew a lot and told me about the company, its leaders, the team, and the job. It made me more excited. I didn't get moved forward because my background wasn't exactly what they needed, but the chat was memorable. I liked their honesty and how professional they were. I'd be interested in other jobs there later and hope to talk again.
- Tell me about your sales process, from finding leads to sealing the deal.
VP Business Development
There were five interviews in total. It started with an HR screening, followed by the hiring manager, then another VP, a consultant, and finally the CEO. The whole process was quite fast even though there were several meetings. No assessments or formal presentations were required.
- Could you tell me about your experience in developing new business or growth initiatives within the digital marketing sector?
