HR Generalist
after you apply, they review your resume to see if you match what they are looking for. If you do, they will email you to see if you want to talk more about the company. If they call you and you seem like a good fit, they will ask if you want to come in for an in-person interview. After that, you might get a job offer.
- What is motivating your job search?
Network Engineer
Had one screening interview, then two technical interviews, and then got a job offer. All interviews were over video chat. They asked behavioral and technical questions during the interviews, which felt professional.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error and what you learned from it?
Human Resources
There were two interviews. The first was unprofessional and included illegal questions. In the second, I was repeatedly interrupted when I tried to talk about my skills. It was the most unprofessional interview experience.
- Tell me about your family status.
Intern
Got a call from HR, then had a 20-30 min interview with HR and someone from the department I'm applying to. After that, I interviewed with two executives from Pridgeon & Clay. I was called back for a second round of interviews, where they asked a lot of detailed questions about my resume. I waited about 2 weeks to hear back.
- Are you good with Microsoft Excel?
