I connected with a recruiter initially and got hired. This recruiter was good at understanding my job search and communicated well. I saw a position I liked and contacted my recruiter, but she told me she was leaving and would hand me off to Alice. I had to reach out to Alice myself, and her follow-ups were poor. The job I wanted was apparently filled by the time I heard back from her. I never got started with work, even after completing all the required paperwork and medical tests (including two PPD tests, which take time). If you're considering this agency, ensure you get a good recruiter. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them.

I had an online interview over Zoom. I was asked a list of questions, and my answers were sent to the manager for review. The job offer depended on my answers. I waited on Zoom for about 15 minutes and then received a job offer with a pay of $30/hour.

The interview process was straightforward. I got a LinkedIn message, and we started with a 15-20 minute welcome call which was super informative. Then, I had a Zoom interview that was really nice. We talked about my goals and what I've done, and they made sure my experience fit the role. The last interview was on-site where I met the team. Everyone in the Charlotte office was so welcoming. They wanted to confirm my experience matched their needs and told me about any potential challenges in the job. I got an offer in a couple of days! I turned down the offer because I decided to stay in my fully remote job. My interview experience was great, and I'd recommend interviewing here if you're an experienced recruiter.

The president reached out to me about my resume and asked me to call her. I liked her vibe. The next week, I had an in-person interview. It was relaxed and fun. I met with her and other recruiters. I felt like a good fit. Later that day, the president asked me to come back for a final interview with higher-ups, which also went well. I got an email about salary, responded, and then followed up. I was told a key person was out of town and would get a response by a certain date. I followed up again and was told another person had a personal issue. Finally, I was told that while I was liked, they wanted someone with nurse recruiting experience, which was disappointing given my resume clearly showed I didn't have that specific experience. The president's professionalism softened the blow.
