We had a bit of a wait at first, but then they gave us a quick test covering basic math, English, and general knowledge. You could use your phone for it. The recruitment team was also super friendly and nice.

After submitting an online application, a manager called to schedule an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard, but I think I messed up by speaking negatively about my previous job, even though I didn't directly badmouth them, I just wasn't positive. That was a mistake. Nothing particularly strange or challenging happened, you should probably just review common interview questions to build your confidence.
