It was an easy in-person interview. The company seemed friendly and I liked the people and the office location. Overall, I enjoyed the interview experience, but I don’t think I’d want to work there. It had too many interview rounds.

Applied and about a week later got a call from the recruiter. Right away, I was set up for a phone screening. The phone screening didn't seem to go great, so I figured that was it, especially since it took a week to hear back. Then I went in for an interview and met with five different people. It was hard to tell if it went well or not because the group was so varied in terms of their roles and personalities. After that, I didn't hear anything for four weeks. After taking a day off work to meet with those five people, they sent an email instead of calling. Based on how things went, I guess they're really understaffed to be hiring so much, and if they take this long to reply, they might lose out on candidates they actually want to hire.

The interview process was average. It went smoothly, and I even made it to the final round. But then, out of the blue, after not hearing back for weeks, I followed up and was surprised to get an automated rejection email. I'm not upset about being rejected, but the company's hiring approach really annoyed me. They clearly don't respect the valuable time people invest in their company.
