I walked in and asked for the hiring manager. The interview started and it was pretty easy, it took less than 30 minutes and didn't take long at all. They asked simple easy questions that anyone could answer.

Started with a phone call to set up an in-person meeting with the Asst Store Mgr. They asked basic customer service questions and why I wanted to work for Cosentino's. Then I met with the Night Manager for more basic questions. The final interview was with the Store Director for salary talks. After a quick background check and physical test, I got started pretty fast.

We sat in the deli and he asked a bunch of basic questions. I was very upset that after I was told I passed the first interview, they first postponed the 2nd interview to an undisclosed time and then kept telling to to call back everyday to check on it. They kept this up for 2 weeks until they finally told me they would call me if I got the job. They never called.
