I got an email about a phone screen with someone from HR. When the call actually happened, they were 12 minutes late, which made me a bit anxious, but it was fine. The HR person seemed really eager to just wrap things up quickly. They did mention I should hear back by Monday or Tuesday after they spoke with the hiring manager. Sadly, I got my rejection email on Monday.

Even though the interview was virtual because of COVID, it was really thorough. There were two interviews and they responded quickly. The people interviewing me seemed to know their stuff, were really nice, and fit the company culture well! It was good that the people interviewing you are the ones you'd end up working with.

The first interview was a virtual call and it went well. The second interview was supposed to be in person at the community, but when I got there, the staff didn't know about the meeting. The two people I was supposed to meet with never showed up. I eventually contacted someone in corporate, and they apologized. They said the meeting was canceled because of an emergency that morning and they had no cell service. This was at 3 pm, so they had plenty of time to let me know. They said they would follow up to reschedule, but I never heard back. I'm sure they're a good company, but this experience left me feeling awkward and confused.
