The interview process is done in groups, with over 10 people being interviewed. You stand up, say your name, your professional background, and your work history (or lack thereof), then sit down. Then, another person does the same. The two recruiters give out papers to fill in with your details and your clothing and shoe size. Finally, you are called into a room to hear the verdict.
