My experience interviewing with Prezent.AI was great. The HR team was super friendly, organized, and quick to respond, always there to help and guide me. The technical and product interviews with Lead PMs were tough but fair, making me think outside the box and improve my problem-solving. HR's first contact was really nice and welcoming. Learning about Prezent’s vision was awesome, and them believing in me in the last stage really helped. Overall, it was a tough, clear, and very professional process.

I got this role through a referral and heard back within a couple of days. The whole interview process was super quick, only taking 2 days. It involved 1 chat with the Head of ML (VP), then 2 technical interviews with Principal MLEs, and finally 1 culture fit chat with the People Head. Everyone I talked to was really nice, helpful, and understanding. They mostly asked about my previous experience and threw in a bit of problem-solving. All the interviews were 30 minutes long.

I applied for the Associate role and the interview process was pretty straightforward, taking about a week. It started with a phone chat with HR, and then a second round with the technical folks. They asked a lot of technical and behavioral questions, digging into my past work and how I approach problems. The interviewers were really nice and open, which made me feel at ease. All in all, it was a good experience and seemed to reflect the company's vibe.

I had a really good first chat with the hiring manager, and after I sent a thank you email, they said the recruiter would reach out the next day with the next steps. But then the recruiter waited a week to say I didn't get through, and they CC'd some random person with a gmail account who then 'hearted' the email. So confusing.
