2 stage interview , complete a presentation on future collabs a swot analysis , why pretty little thing. Conducted by buyers and junior buyer, very nice and not intimidating environment. Lasted about 30 minutes. Overall good interview. Found out result about a week later , easy enjoyable process, easy to get in contact with, quick responses

The interview process went smoothly, but there was a lack of communication after the interview to let me know I wasn't successful, which I feel should be part of the process. I tried to follow up multiple times with no response. It was a bit strange because leading up to the interview, they were very responsive, but once they no longer needed me, they just ignored my messages.

I applied online and then was asked to come in for an interview and have prepared a presentation. Everything, to my knowledge, went really well. but it was a really quick interview and they didn't seem too interested in my presentation (even though they asked for one) and the ending felt rushed. A week passed, and I heard nothing. 2 weeks passed, I emailed to ask for an update. Nothing. 3 weeks, I emailed again. Nothing. Just a courtesy email would have been appreciated, especially after being asked to come in for an interview. If I applied online and heard nothing then fair enough, its expected but to have a face to face interview and hear nothing at all, is rude (personal opinion) and unprofessional.

The interview process at PLT was incredibly relaxed and welcoming. It felt more like an engaging conversation rather than a formal interview. The atmosphere was friendly, and I never felt any pressure, which helped me express myself openly and comfortably. The interviewers were approachable, creating a positive environment that allowed for a genuine discussion rather than a rigid question-and-answer session. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, and I felt at ease throughout the entire process.
