The interview process involved multiple rounds, and the people I spoke with were very nice and gave good insights. Initially, I had phone interviews with HR, and then we moved to Zoom interviews. The overall process was pretty straightforward and they were quite fast in extending an offer.

My recruiter was supposed to do the first interview but didn't show up. After I missed the interview, she sent an email saying we could reschedule. I rescheduled for the next week. But, just an hour before the rescheduled call, she canceled, saying they had already selected other candidates. This whole thing is a big red flag for job seekers about this company. The Pretium HR SLT team really needs to look at how they schedule and conduct interviews.

The interview process consisted of two back-to-back one-hour rounds. Both rounds covered coding, probability, and behavioral questions. The interviewers were very supportive and provided guidance when I was stuck. There wasn't a formal HR round, but HR did reach out a week after the interviews.
