I applied online and then went to the head office for an interview. It was pretty straightforward, mostly questions about my career and customer service experience. I passed that first interview, so they scheduled me for a second, verbal one the next day. I thought that one was easy too since the questions were similar to what I saw online. Unfortunately, I got an email saying I was great but they weren't making an offer. I'm not sure why.

2 part interview, 1 at their location, 2nd at the potential shop you’ll work at. First interview is in a large space 1on1 with someone. If you pass you’ll go to a shop for an interview there basically your working the shift in the kitchen, in the back bar, seeing how everything is run
