The interview process was 3 stages. First was with a Hiring manager. Then a shop interview where you work with a team on a shop floor and in a kitchen. After that, an interview with an Ops Manager. The third stage was an interview, or as they called it, an "informal chat" with a Regional Director. It was very professional but approachable and allowed for many questions to be asked.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt quite welcoming. Initially, I had a conversation with the HR manager. Following that, she set up a second interview with the operations manager. I ended up speaking with two operations managers four days later and received a job offer two days after that.

The interview process was very professional, quick and efficient. It involved three rounds of interviews with different leaders. Many questions were asked, ranging from work-related topics to personal interests like hobbies. The interviewers were great and made it easy to relax and be yourself. Don't be afraid to discuss pay, benefits, and bonus to get the right picture, otherwise you might be disappointed later. Ask for as much as you feel is right, plus some.
