Chief Human Resources Officer
so they interview you with your direct boss and maybe others in the department. After that, the HR person from the company reached out to me and then I got the offer.
- What was my understanding of the role?
Accountant
The interview process is how companies check out people for a job. It's usually a set of steps where they introduce themselves, ask questions to get info, and then wrap up.
- What's your background and experience?
- Do you have knowledge about this industry?
Product Administrator
I went through four interviews for this role. The last one was mainly to get hiring details. All the people I talked to were really nice and seemed genuinely interested in my personal and professional development.
- Can you describe a period of substantial growth you experienced during your time in school?
Operations Analyst
The process was straightforward, but HR took a long time to respond with an offer. I had to follow up a lot via email and keep explaining my interest. Don't expect good pay right away; you have to really push for a raise.
