Collector
It was an easy, fast, and convenient company to interview with. They were very friendly and open with scheduling. The interviews went smoothly and were pretty average. I felt very comfortable interviewing with them, and they provided a lot of information about the job.
- What are your available working hours?
Software Development Engineer
I'd say applying here was a total waste of time. Talked to HR, then had a video interview later that same week. It was an hour long and I talked about real-time project examples.
- Tell me about your full stack development experience with real-time project examples.
Account Manager
Interviewed with management, they seemed to really love their jobs, which was a bit unexpected for collections. They talked about the company vision and future plans, and both had 10 years of experience at Prestige Financial, which is impressive! Soon after, they invited me for a second interview right away and then extended an offer. The quick turnaround was surprising, but I guess they must have liked my profile.
- Can you walk me through your resume and past experience, and tell me why you're looking to leave your current role?
- What motivated you to apply for this position at Prestige Financial?
- Describe a time you had to handle a challenging customer.
