I met with folks from various parts of the company, not just my direct team. They really push inclusivity and collaboration across teams and I like how they bring that into the interview process. It was just very lengthy. I met with so many people (9 in total) that I lost track of who and what.

I only had a phone screening interview. He asked me some questions over the phone, and I didn't get an email to move forward. The hiring manager was very polite and nice. He also told me about the details of the job.

It was a long interview day, with 6 people over 6 hours. Lunch was included, which was great. A lot of the interviewers asked the same questions. There were more men than women in the interview panel. The interview included questions about leadership, change execution, and asked for specific examples. I was also asked about how I would manage a P&L and how I would promote something with very little money. I had to select a product and then come up with a marketing concept or idea to promote it.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you provide examples of your leadership and execution skills?
  • Some analysis was requested, and also P&L related questions.
