First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Presidium.
Construction Administrator
I applied online and submitted my resume. Then I got a call for an initial phone interview. The next week, I came in for a face-to-face interview. After that, they called me with an offer. Once the background check was done and I signed the formal offer, they gave me a start date, about two weeks after I sent my acceptance back to HR.
- Could you tell me about your relevant job experience for this role?
Designer
They were super professional, asking really deep questions and talking a lot about the company culture and the projects they do. My interviewer was nice and friendly, I felt really comfortable, almost like chatting with a friend. It wasn't too stressful, even with some hard questions, it just didn't feel stiff or forced.
- Have you done multi-family work before? If not, how would your experience apply to this kind of job?
Interior Designer
So I interviewed with two people, the senior interior designer and another interior designer. The senior one was super nice and really listened, but the other guy was just on his phone the whole time and didn't pay much attention to my questions. It felt really awkward and like I wasn't really welcome, he didn't give me a fair shot.
- What are your expectations from a firm?
