First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Presidential Exteriors.
Marketer
The process was good, they took time to understand my concerns and make sure I understood the job. I was able to have actual conversations after the interview and they made it very easy and lighthearted.
- What drives you and what is your core motivation?
Sales Associate
The interview process was easy and the questions were friendly and career oriented, focusing on what you can bring to the company. The people there are kind and helpful.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
Marketing
I met with the CEO Chris for about 20-30min. He talked about the company and its growth, and I was convinced. I really wanted to be part of what's going to be something big and special.
- Can you share details about your previous roles?
- How do you approach working within a team setting?
Sales Representative
Got a call like 20 mins after applying. Seemed good at first, but the recruiter was kinda pushy to get me to interview the next day, which I agreed to. The first interview was on Zoom and was pretty standard. They offered me a second interview in person the following week. I was excited, but during the in-person interview, they told me it's actually a door-to-door sales gig. The description of the job felt like hazing, and the interviewer seemed bored, tired, or hungover. Felt like a waste of time.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What do you do in your free time?
- How would you describe your personality?
