It was a long interview process but everyone I talked to was really nice. I started with a phone screen with the recruiter, then I met the hiring manager and three other people. They added an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer at the very last minute. In the end, I didn't get an offer, just a standard email saying they thought I was great but decided to go with someone else. I was pretty surprised that one of the interviewers asked me if I had kids. That's not really appropriate interview etiquette.

The interviewer was really nice and asked me about my experience with teletherapy, IEPs, and my overall years and type of experience in the field. It was a quick but well-organized interview, basically just a screening.

The interview process was really simple and direct. They provided a lot of information and I got answers to all my questions. The atmosphere was positive and the interviewer had a good attitude. I decided to decline because the pay wasn't enough for what I need, but overall it was a decent experience, a 6 out of 10.

What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency and feedback. I would have appreciated some feedback on my interview performance or areas for improvement. It's evident that this company doesn't value the candidates' growth or respect their investment in the process. In summary, my experience with Presence's interview process was deeply disappointing. The lack of follow-up, poor communication, and overall disregard for candidates' time and effort speaks volumes about the company's values and professionalism. I hope they take this feedback constructively and improve their process to provide a more respectful and transparent experience for future candidates. As for me, I've lost any interest in being associated with such a disorganized and unresponsive company.
