It was thorough but they were mindful of my time and even paid for the take-home part. Started with an HR call, then I had two technical interviews with a panel of team members.

It was a simple and straight forward process with no real tough questions. My only gripe was it felt like a waste of time when potential head of department checked emails during interview and other manager seemed very disinterested from the start. This could be because they had already chose their candidate by the time I had interview. The recruiter however was nice and a pleasure to talk to.

So the interview process was pretty smooth and quick. It kicked off with a recruiter phone call, then they had me come in for a group interview with some other people applying. It wasn't the usual 'describe a situation' type of questions, but I got a good sense of the job and I think they got a good sense of me. After that, I did a mock sales call where I was given a script to sell to a potential client called PreScouter.

It was a very conversational interview. They reviewed my communication skills. The interview was online and it was a panel interview with other applicants. They set proper expectations about the role and highlighted the rules and regulations of the company.
