First, you'll chat with the local Director, and then you'll meet the Main Director at the Times Square location. They'll review your resume and ask you to bring all your certifications. You need to prep a sample lesson plan and actually teach a lesson to the kids in the classroom. After that, there's a two-day full-time substitute gig as a final test before they decide to hire or not. You'll also have to cover the costs for fingerprinting and background checks, plus get a medical check-up including TB shots, all unpaid. Oh, and they'll give you a school tour, and the director will go over the daily routines and schedules with you.
