Senior QA Engineer
I really wanted to say the interview process was challenging but fair and focused on the role. The tech team members I spoke with seemed professional and were genuinely nice. One of the technical rounds felt more like a professional experience exchange than a typical interview. HOWEVER, they rescheduled a technical round on the day of the interview, even though I had planned for it two weeks in advance and taken time off. It wasn't a huge deal, especially since it led to a good conversation and advancement to the final (fourth) round. But that last 'cultural' round felt off. The first person asked generic, scripted questions and kept mispronouncing my name. The second person seemed distracted, like they were doing something else while talking to me. I was rejected after four rounds despite positive feedback from three technical interviews and one initial HR chat. A recruiter sent a generic 'good luck' email and provided the same AI-generated response when I asked for feedback, which felt quite harsh. It's frustrating to be turned away after multiple technical rounds with a generic, AI-generated letter, potentially after a month of job searching and meeting all qualifications. Not recommended.

Performance Marketing
I applied and then had a phone screen with the recruiter, who was a bit late but the call went way over. He was super nice though, and I really enjoyed talking to him. Next, I had a call with the hiring manager. He was okay, but the interview felt really robotic, and it was supposed to be video but ended up being over the phone because of bad planning. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week, but never did. It's frustrating because for a job like this, communication should be better and faster. I guess I didn't move on, but it would have been nice to at least get a heads up. It feels like they expect perfection from candidates but can't even manage basic communication.
- What's your approach to finding the best 5% of people for your team?
Nurse
The recruiter laid out the whole interview process from the start. I was told that if I got through each part, there would be four parts in total. They also told me who I'd meet with for each step. The last interview for the job I applied for was a panel interview, which included preparation and a presentation, which made sense for the role. The recruiter kept me updated the whole time about what was next and with scheduling. It felt really organized and well-thought-out compared to other interviews I've had, and I never felt like I was left in the dark or waiting too long without knowing what was going on.

Patient Experience Representative
This interview process was probably the worst interview experience I have ever gone through. I first applied in late November 2024. Had my first two interviews in December 2024. After my second interview, I was told they get back either way in 1 week. Well.. 1 week... then 2 weeks went by before they reached out. They then proceeded to tell me that they will be putting the interview process on hold due to a shift in priorities right now and if I'm still interested in the new year, they'll reach out with an update on January 15. Well I replied, letting them I'm grateful for the transparency and that I'm still interested. On January 15.. no email.. I wait for about 5 days before deciding to reach out. They got back to me and said they have changed the criteria's of the role and if I'm still interested they will set up my final interview. I read the new job post that was sent and expressed that I was still interested in moving forward. I was then booked in for a final call. The final interview went well in my opinion, I felt like I was a fairly good fit because I inhabit a high level of emotional intelligence, which is needed for these kinds of roles. I felt like the person was VERY clear and they wanted to make sure I understood all that came with a role like this. I knew I was a match given my work experience, and all that I've displayed in my previous interviews. They also mentioned they're hiring multiple people for the same role. Well to my unfortunate surprise, I was not chosen. This came at a complete shock because I was indeed a good fit. I then followed up and asked for some feedback.. basically asking what about my interviews and experience made me *not* a good fit. Well.. I was ghosted in that regard.
