Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Premium Retail Services.
Retail Merchandiser
The interview process was great, starting with a good conversation during the phone interview and continuing through the in-person interview. It was a positive experience overall, and I would happily interview here again for a more senior role if possible. I highly recommend applying.
- Would you be interested in growing with the company?
Retail Merchandiser
First, there was a phone screening with HR to go over my interest in the role and my resume. Then, the manager talked to me about the territory, my availability, and prior experience. It was a general interview where they asked about my strengths, weaknesses, and why I'm applying. They also discussed potential products I would be responsible for representing.
- What is your greatest strength?
- Why are you applying for this role?
- What is your availability?
Retail Merchandiser
They were not willing to pay more than $10 an hour with all my years of experience in this field. Ridiculous! I can't believe there's a set amount of words for these q&a from this site. Why do you do that. Then it's difficult to tell how many words we have left. You should have the word counter like most other sites with this requirement have.
