Zerspanungsmechaniker
The process felt relaxed and friendly, with three people competing. The questions were typical and what you'd expect in an introduction.
- Why did you choose our company?
Procurement Clerk
First, there was a personal interview over the phone. Then, an onsite interview took place. The person I met onsite was not the same one who interviewed me on the phone. Overall, it was a positive experience, as the atmosphere wasn't as strict as in other interviews.
- What do you know about our company?
- What do you know about the aviation industry?
Purchasing Clerk
There was a detailed interview with the supervisor, HR representative, and works council. The conversation was overall very pleasant. The interview started with small talk, followed by detailed questions about working methods and skills. Salary expectations were also asked. The interview lasted about 1 hour.
- Can you tell me about your previous tasks, how you handled them, and what you particularly like and enjoy doing?
- What are your salary expectations?
Executive Assistant
I chatted with HR and the assistant to my boss before she went on leave. It was pretty chill. They wanted to know about my software abilities, my schooling, and if I work well with others. They also went over the company perks and asked about my availability to start. I got the job offer right then and there.
- Do you work well with others on a team?
