First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Premiere Creative.
Digital Marketing Intern
It was a super relaxed zoom chat with my direct supervisor. They hit me with some standard questions, like how I'd handle being swamped with tasks. It was a solid first experience for someone new to this.
- How do you manage when you have several writing assignments at once?
Intern
The interviewer was really nice and made the process enjoyable. My anxiety went away after the first few minutes because he was so welcoming and kind. This shows a lot about their company and made me want to work with them.
- Could you tell me about why you chose your major?
Marketing
It was just a phone interview, followed by a writing assignment and a skill assessment. They asked about my qualifications and what I knew about different areas, then I did a writing sample. They gave me good direction and time.
- Tell me about your previous marketing experience.
Marketing Coordinator
The interview started pretty standard, asking about my past experience and how much research I'd done on the company. Then they hit me with personal questions to gauge my character. I get that it's a small company and you want to know who you're hiring, but it felt pretty uncomfortable. Didn't seem like a place with much flexibility or room to grow.
- How would your best friend describe you?
- Is it okay to check personal email at work?
- What are your professional and personal goals for the next five years?
