I interviewed with Premier Workspaces at their irvine office back in 2020. It was during Covid, so I was surprised to have an in-person interview, but they did have health measures in place. The questions were pretty direct.

I went in and met with the manager, after some small talk we started the interview and at the end she "critiqued" how I could have done something with my hair, wore more makeup, not to wear heels, and to what to wear. I thought this was an interview not a fashion interview, it was weird since her hair was a bit messy and she had no makeup on. I went with makeup On, a nice dress, and heels with my hair in a braid. After she has me fill another application, personality test, and some other forms, she said she would forward it to another manager and it just felt like all this for a no. I walked out after finishing halfway and didn't turn around. Unprofessional and waste of time

after applying, there was a phone check-in, then scheduling, resume submission, followed by a one-on-one meeting. afterwards, i had some follow-up emails with the hiring manager or interviewer. if that went well, i had another interview to complete employment paperwork, then they showed me around the site and gave a quick job overview, and then some on-the-job training.
