The initial interviews with HR and the hiring manager went well and were professional. However, the process became complicated afterwards. The week after the hiring manager interview, HR informed me that the hiring manager had positive feedback but was on vacation until Wednesday. He then had to interview two more candidates, so a decision was expected by the end of that week. I thanked her for the update. As it was Friday, I followed up for an update. Although HR usually replied quickly, this time it took her a few hours to respond with: "We apologize for the delay but due to internal performance reviews there is a delay. Otherwise we liked you it is just going to take more time." I was disappointed but remained hopeful. Five days later, she called to congratulate me, stating that the Bulgarian office had approved me and only a formal approval from the USA was pending, which would take about a week. She even mentioned a start date, making it sound like a final step. Then, five days after that, she called again to inform me that the position had been filled internally by a contractor, and they could only offer me a 6-month contract for another open position I hadn't applied for, which they were struggling to fill. This was the most unprofessional interview experience I've ever had, filled with what felt like lies. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this company, at least the Bulgarian office, due to its unprofessionalism.

The interview process was alright and flowed well, actually quite fast. There were two rounds: one with a recruiter and another with what was likely the hiring manager. Both interactions were positive, friendly, and offered some substance. However, the next day brought a disappointing turn with a generic rejection email. This was particularly disheartening because they had promised feedback within two weeks, even if it was a negative result. Receiving only a basic, impersonal template well before the promised timeframe was quite a letdown.

The interview process is pretty chill, more about getting to know you than deep dives into behavioral or technical stuff. Expect a small group of interviewers. Just be your genuine self and honest. Premier has a friendly culture, so the interview vibe should reflect that.

I went through two separate interview processes, one for FSP and another for Full Service. The FSP interview was quite challenging, and I didn't feel entirely comfortable. They asked surprisingly many questions about my past job experiences. The Full Service interview, on the other hand, was a fantastic match for me. After a one-hour video call with two interviewers, I received an offer.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • I had two interviews for two different jobs. The questions were very different.
  • Prior to an interview, I was required to fill out a Data Management test, basically.
  • I had to review documents for errors.
