Interior Designer
The interview process included a recruiter phone screen, some assessments, and a portfolio review. Following that, there was a one-on-one interview. Then, a series of interviews with SVPs, senior designers, and a junior designer. The whole thing started during the COVID lockdown but then got paused and resumed 9 months later, taking 10 months in total.
- What would you do if we handed you a napkin with a sketch on it?
Interior Designer
They talked about the company and its background. I presented my portfolio and talked about myself. There were phone calls and two interviews. The process was okay, but I felt pressured to accept the offer.
- Can you tell me about one of your strongest skills?
Procurement Manager
It was a quick process. First, I interviewed with the SVP via Teams for a general screening and to discuss opportunities. Then, I had an in-person follow-up interview with the SVP and COO, which included a tour of the office space.
- Why are you interested in Premier?
Purchasing Agent
The interview process was generally smooth. After a bit of a wait for an initial call, things moved quickly. The entire process, from applying to receiving an offer, took approximately three months.
