It was a really thorough interview process with great people. They answered all my questions and got back to me with a decision quickly. I really enjoyed learning about the practice and their approach. I feel like I would have loved working there and been successful if circumstances were different. They seem to like to encourage and uplift their staff.

Got contacted about 30 days after applying. Had an initial HR phone interview, which was pretty unprofessional because the person conducting it was new. They sent an email for references that's super long, so definitely warn your references about the extensive survey. The second interview was on-site. Before they'd even talk to me, I had to fill out forms with my birth date, social security number, driver's license info, and sign off on a background check. The manager conducted the interview using what felt like bullying tactics to see how I'd handle stress, which is really inappropriate for any job. The supervisors present seemed embarrassed and were rolling their eyes.

I applied and they got back to me the very next day to set up an interview for the following week, which I then completed. It was a really fast and smooth process overall. The HR director was really nice and professional, made it easy not to be nervous, but still gotta be professional, you know? They asked about what I'm interested in and then told me more about the actual job, and they were super helpful when I had questions. It was a good time.

I applied on their web site and got a call a few hours after. Next day I had an interview over the phone and after we were done they sent me a link to add my references. Once it was done I went to a second interview in person. I got a job offer within two days after.
