Applied for 2 roles. First role had a phone call with HR, but I wasn't selected to continue. Took over a week to get a reply, and then an automated email said I was unsuccessful with no feedback. Applied for a similar role in a different team a couple months later. Interviewed by the hiring manager via video. After 1 month, received feedback via an automated email from an unmanned inbox, thanking me for my application but advising I was unsuccessful. It sounds like I never interviewed and provides no feedback. Disappointing for a company this size where HR handles recruitment. The interview process was just discussions about my CV, the role, and expectations.

So I got to the office and the HR Manager greeted me really nicely. Then they took me to a room for the interview. There were two people there, the HR Manager and the Engineering Manager. They asked me some questions and I did my best to answer. After it was all done, they told me how I did during the interview. It was a really good experience overall.

Started with an initial call with internal HR. After that, I had a first stage interview where we talked through my CV and career highlights. If that went well, I would have moved on to stage 2, which was supposed to be competency-based questions and tests. It turns out the first interview was actually the competency-based one, and it went on for more than an hour.

Applied online and had an initial call with a recruiter who said I would be shortlisted. Then it took 4 weeks to arrange a first stage interview via Zoom. Following the interview, I did not receive any feedback. I chased several times and was promised some feedback. Still waiting for this feedback 4 weeks later and now not getting any response from my emails.
