Call Center Representative
So first there was this mini test on grammar and a typing test, then we had the interview. My interviewer was dressed super casually, like in flip flops and jeans. The whole vibe felt really unprofessional, and customers even came into the office area which seemed weird for a customer service role. I felt way too dressed up. It wasn't really my kind of place. The interviewer was also kind of rude.
- Can you sum yourself up in four words?
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging customer.
- Are you someone who gets stressed easily?
Disability Evaluation Specialist
The interview process involved multiple scenario-based questions, along with questions about your customer service experience. It's a decent interview if you have strong communication skills and customer service experience to talk about.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deliver bad news to someone?
- Tell me about your customer service background.
Case Manager
I first got a call from a recruiter who wanted to set up an interview. When I arrived, the office was pretty big. The receptionist gave me a grammar test, which was a single page of multiple-choice questions. After that, I had to take a typing test that was three paragraphs long and wasn't too hard. The person who interviewed me was really nice. They mentioned their starting pay is $11, which seems low considering the workload they described.
- What are three words that describe you?
- Can you share an example of a time you demonstrated leadership?
Clerical Medical Assistant
So when you first start, they have you do a reading, comprehension, and math test. After that, you have to do a typing test. If you pass that, you get to do the actual interview. The interview was pretty basic and they asked questions like, tell me about yourself in 3 words, and when did you have to be a leader. They told me right after the interview if I got the job.
- Can you describe yourself in three words?
- Tell me about a time you had to take a leadership role.
