Started with an HR interview with a recruiter, just basic questions, nothing too deep. Then a second interview with the VP and manager where they asked more behavioral questions, not many technical questions though.

I spoke with a recruiter first, then the hiring manager. The second interview was a bit odd... the hiring manager was nice, but didn't seem totally sure about what they wanted to ask or what they were looking for in a candidate.

Behavioral Technical

After submitting an online application, I had a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with three people. The phone interview covered my experience, skills, and hypothetical scenarios. The in-person meeting was a continuation of the phone discussion. During the in-person interview, one interviewer asked me to share more about myself personally. She mentioned she has three kids. She also brought up implicit bias, suggesting it's present in everyone regardless of their education or experience. She advised being cautious about the information shared if such topics arise.
